IN MEMORY OF OUR FALLEN LOVED ONES
Although this is a small section of the page, we hope that you will spend some time learning more about the USS Arizona. A national park, located in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, commemorates the loss of life and other information surrounding the day this famous ship slipped into the bottom of the harbor. If you have never visited this memorial, it's hard to comprehend and imagine the somber beauty of this special national park (we were fortunate to visit in November, 1997).

Let's not forget those who have perished, especially those members this ship named after our state, the USS Arizona, with a moment of silence. And, of course, the Naval Hymn.

The University Of Arizona (USS Arizona--"that terrible day")
This is exceptional site, to say the least--pictures of the ship, as well as artifacts retrieved after it sank. You'll be lost here for "a while!" It also has a number of links, so you can explore for more information on this ship, as well as other WWII information.
